The presidium of the current Second Session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, held its third meeting Saturday afternoon. The meeting, presided over by Wu Bangguo, executive chairman of the presidium, endorsed to submit the final version of the draft amendment to the Constitution for vote at the full-member session.
