The latest installment sees the "Social Network's" Andrew Garfield debut as Peter Parker alongside Emma Stone who plays Parker's high school crush Gwen Stacy.

The film also stars Martin Sheen as Parker's Uncle Ben, and Sally Field as Aunt May, who raise him when his parents abandon him as a boy.

Parker discovers his super human powers as he begins a quest to discover more about himself and his parents.

The 3D film is due for release in July.
