A promotional event for director Ronny Yu's costume movie "Saving General Yang" was held yesterday in Beijing, chinesefilms.cn reports.

The movie will open on April 4.

The director was present at the event accompanied by all of his main cast members including actress Xu Fan and actors Ekin Cheng, Yu Bo, Vic Chou, Li Chen, Raymond Lam, Wu Chun, Fu Xinbo and Shao Bing.

Yu also said he's planning for his next project. "It will be a modern movie just like 'Ocean's Eleven,'" he told the media. He expected the cast can reunite for his new movie.

A final trailer was also shown at the ceremony.
