Spending their time capturing fleeting moments, photographers tend to have unique perspectives on the nature of time.

This art event gives 13 photographers from home and abroad the chance to give their answer to the question "What is time?"

Hei Ming is a Chinese photographer known for his documentary photography. From 2004 to 2009, Hei collected old photos of 300 people from all over the country who had their picture taken in front of Tian'anmen Square a long time before.

Hei took a modern version for them and presents the two photos juxtaposed. At the Guangzhou exhibition, Hei shows part of this series of photos, titled Memories of Tian'anmen Square.

9 am-5 pm, until May 20. The EMG Art Center, C5, Redtory, 128 Yuancun Siheng Road, Tianhe district, Guangzhou. 020-3878-5650.
