Academy Award-winner Christoph Waltz has been honored with a star on the Hollywood walk of fame.
The Austrian-born actor said he felt extremely honored to be recognized by Hollywood.
"This of course is something that I as a guy from Vienna would not have even dreamt about in my wildest dreams."
Director Quentin Tarantino and actor Samuel L. Jackson also attended the ceremony.
Waltz went on to win academy awards for his roles in Tarantino's films " Inglorious Bastards " and "Django Unchained."
The actor described how you can compare receiving a star on the Hollywood with winning an Oscar.
"You don't. It's two different things. An Oscar I can tell you from my own experience I am happy to say you can win twice. A star you can only get once."
