Actress Angelina Jolie made her first appearance after her preventative surgery that removed her ovaries and fallopian tubes with two of her children on Saturday night.

The actress brought her daughters Shiloh and Zahara to the awards show, hugging them both when she won the "orange blimp" for Best Villain for her role in the Disney movie "Maleficent."

Doctors discovered Jolie tested positive for signs of early ovarian cancer. Her mother died from the same type of cancer in 2007.
