Director Scott Derrickson speaks at a press conference in Shanghai, Oct. 17 to promote his new Marvel Studios film "Doctor Strange". "It's a mind-trick action movie about one man overcoming himself. It's full of visual effects you have never seen in films before, and it got characters better than you typically see in a movie of this size," he said.
