Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia (L) awards the National Order of Merit Medal to Chinese Nobel laureate Mo Yan in Algiers, Algeria, on Oct. 29, 2018. Algeria on Monday awarded Chinese Nobel laureate Mo Yan with the National Order of Merit Medal "El Athir" in honor of him and the Chinese culture. (Xinhua)
