With the theme of "revering martial arts morality and spirit, strengthening our Chinese nation," the event will bring together martial arts masters, practitioners and followers of kung fu from all walks of life at home and abroad.

It will be held at the venue originally used to host the Shaolin Zen Music Ritual at Mount Song, in Dengfeng county, Henan province, on Jan. 19, 2019.

At their Beijing press conference, the organizers said it would create a Spring Festival feast of Chinese martial arts through displays, martial arts dance, poetry recitation, music, on-site interaction and other performance forms.

The main idea is to show the spirit of kung fu along with the strength of China, promote the positive energy of kung fu, encourage more members of the public to learn martial arts, its spirit and manners.

Organized by Huaxia Heroes Culture Communications Co. with several other sponsors, the event is expected to attract martial arts lovers from all over the world, thus promoting Chinese kung fu among a much wider audience and having positive significance in the promotion of international cultural exchanges and the construction of a wide-ranging cultural community.

The organizers also hope that, through kung fu, more young people will be encouraged to participate, helping to cultivate teenagers' interest in traditional culture, promote the kung fu martial arts popularization among youth groups, to ensure inheritance of the martial arts traditions and boosting construction of a broader kung fu talent pool.
