Concert held to promote cultural exchanges between Mongolia, China

A joint concert by artists from China and Mongolia was held on Monday evening, attracting hundreds of locals.

The concert is part of the three-day Chinese culture and tourism festival which is co-organized by the Chinese embassy, the Chinese Cultural Center in Ulan Bator and the governor's office of the central Mongolian Uvurkhangai Province.

The Chinese culture and tourism festival that kicked off on Monday aims to further expand cultural and tourism exchanges between the two countries and provide Mongolians with a better understanding of China, the organizers said.

More than 60 Chinese and Mongolian singers, musicians and dancers participated in the concert titled "Flower of Silk Road" and presented a mix of popular Chinese and Mongolian works.
