The group is particularly showcasing the third volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" which underscores the Chinese president's latest thoughts on national governance rendered into 15 different languages, such as English, French and Arabic.

Amid the complex milieu in a year when the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect human society, CIPG is paying equal attention to the stories reviewing the nation's all-out efforts in fighting against the highly infectious respiratory disease.

More than 20 books, such as, "Stories of Courage and Determination, Wuhan Coronavirus Lockdown" and "China's Battle Against Coronavirus, A Daily Log" have been published to demonstrate the resilience and undaunting spirit being shown by all walks of life in the country, particularly by the medical staff working in the frontline.

There are also five cartoon series entitled "The Pathogen Beside Us" published as a scientific reminder to keep children away from the disease.

The publishing group is also holding book debuts, interactive reading events and press conferences during the book fair.
