Asia Digital Art Exhibition kicks off in Beijing

The Asia Digital Art Exhibition was officially opened Friday at the Beijing Times Art Museum. At the opening ceremony, Zhijie Qiu, curator of this exhibition, delivered a speech and guided guests in viewing the exhibition. Curator Baoyang Chen announced the winners of the Asian Digital Art Exhibition Art Award, Science and Technology Award and U19 Award (artists under 19).

The exhibition attracted more than 60 artists and art crews from seven countries, including China, the US and Germany, and gathered 55 well-known digital art works from at home and abroad. The Asia Digital Art Exhibition was created by top curators Zhijie Qiu and Baoyang Chen, with many international art masters from the Generation Z.

One of the major attractions at the exhibition, Enlightment, an AI research and application platform jointly developed by the creative minds behind MOBA game Honor of Kings and Tencent AI Lab, drew the attention of many visitors.

In recent years, the integration of "digital and art" has become a new topic and trend in society, and has also spawned new industrial forms, created new cultural consumption needs, and become a new direction and new content of the integration of science, technology and life.

According to the organizers, Digital Art Asia will become a continuous international communication platform, and on this basis, continuously deepen the integration of culture and technology, and build a sustainable international sharing platform.
