Ahead of the CPC's 100th anniversary, the museum of the CPC has opened in Beijing. The museum's construction involved nearly 50,000 people including top creative artists from the AADTHU. Various architectural decorations and artworks for the museum of the CPC were created by Tsinghua artists.

The Dean of AADTHU, Lu Xiaobo, regarded the mission to create artwork for the museum of the CPC as one of the most significant art projects since the construction of the Monument to the People's Heroes in the 1950s, which is another major milestone for the AADTHU in pursuit of development.
