From January to February, 1,350 service outsourcing contracts were registered in Shandong Province, with contract value of US$ 0.477 billion and executed valueof US$ 0.392 billion, up by 118.8%, 133.7% and 235.1% respectively. Among them, offshore outsourcing contracts registered 1,099, with contract value of US$ 0.452 billion and actualized value of US$ 0.377 billion, up by 108.5%, 132.4% and 265.5% respectively.

From January to February, value of information technology outsourcing (ITO) contracts was US$ 0.184 billion, up by 279.4%, with realized value of US$ 0.161 billion, up by 220.6%; value of BPO contracts was US$ 99 million, up by 790.3%, with realized value of US$ 91 million, up by 294.7%; value of KPO contracts was US$ 0.169 billion, up by 25.1%, with realized value of US$ 0.125 billion, up by 318.2%.
