China's benchmark Shanghai Composite Index on the Shanghai Stock Exchange closed at 2,236.62 points on Friday, up 0.32 points, or 0.01 percent, from the previous close.

A Share Index: 2,340.92 points, up 0.39 points, or 0.02 percent;

B Share Index: 263.80 points, up down 1.24 points, or 0.47 percent;

Total Turnover: 73.36 billion yuan (11.64 billion U.S. dollars).
