Ms. Niu Yuhong, who previously served Alcatel-Lucent as the Head of Regional Sales for South, South East and North East of Asia, recently has joined International Telecommunication Holdings Limited, an infrastructural (fiber optic) network operator; this is a company registered in Cayman Islands that is mainly engaged in the investment, construction and operation of the infrastructural communication (fiber optic) network and the related facilities in ASEAN member countries, and China-ASEAN Investment Cooperation Fund is one of its key shareholders.

Ms. Niu graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a bachelor's degree in engineering and then obtained an EMBA from The University of Hong Kong. She has nearly 25 years of working experience in the communication industry, among which, 17 years is working for Alcatel-Lucent; In her career, she has been cultivated with and has acquired an extensive knowledge of internationalization and management wisdom, and developed a deep and unique understanding of the communication markets around the globe, especially towards the Asia-Pacific Markets.
