China has released details of its green-car subsidy program designed to boost the nation's auto industry and cut vehicle emissions.
According to the report, the country will promote the use of new-energy vehicles, reduce vehicle emissions, raise national production standards for and improve the quality of fuel, and provide gasoline and diesel fuel that meets National-V standards to all key cities in key areas.
