China is implementing procedures related to the unreliable entities list "in accordance with the established pace", said the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) Thursday.

Regulations related to the list will be released soon, said MOC spokesperson Gao Feng at a press conference.

The list applies to entities that do not comply with market rules, violate contracts, block or cut supplies to Chinese firms with non-commercial purposes.

The ministry has made it clear that for companies that abide by Chinese laws and regulations, market rules and the spirit of contract, there is no need to worry.

In response to remarks by U.S. President Donald Trump at the G20 summit that U.S. companies will be allowed to sell products to Huawei, Gao said China hopes the United States will honor its commitment and stop the wrong practices of using state power to suppress Chinese companies as soon as possible.
