On May 3, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) Algeria officially signed the contract with the Algerian government for the construction of the Ain Naadja Distribution Center.

This project is located in Ain Naajia, the city of Algiers, covering an area of approximately 6.17 hectares and with the height of 11 floors. Upon completion, the distribution center will function as a supporting facility to the Ain Naadja Hospital, mainly serving its visitors and staff. 

It will be equipped with a multi-story parking lot with around 2,700 spaces for various types of vehicles, storage and logistics areas for medical supplies, automobile repair and maintenance workshops, an administration and management center, and other facilities. 

The contract includes all types of work such as structural construction, electromechanical engineering, interior and exterior decoration, outdoor renovation, etc.

The signing of this contract benefited from the company's successful completion of the Ain Naadja Hospital that was constructed in 11 months, which received praises from the Algerian government. 

Despite the adverse influence of the COVID-19 outbreak, which created great difficulties in the negotiation and contract signing process, the company stepped up its coordinating efforts among various departments. As a result, CSCEC Algeria won the recognition of proprietors with its high-quality engineering services, technical strength, well-established reputation, rich experience, and excellence in construction.
