Plaza Construction, a China Construction America (CCA) company, has recently been awarded a contract for the renovation and expansion of the Piedmont Office Realty Trust project in New York City. The project is located in the financial district of Manhattan, with 42 floors and a total area of over 1 million square feet. The main construction scope includes the demolition and reconstruction of existing machinery rooms, office areas, and public space facilities.

In addition, Plaza Construction has won contracts for the 55 Water Street improvement project and for the Santa Maria Novella project.

The New York City initiated its reopening plan in June. CCA companies have been strictly following the COVID-19 prevention and control measures, and its newly-won contracts have injected vitality into the city and the company's business plan in a new phase of development.
