The Wuhan Yangtze River Center

Overview: With a construction area of approximately 1.6 million square meters, The Wuhan Yangtze River Center is located in Wuchang Binjiang Business District in the center of Wuhan city. Notably, the center is located adjacent to the office of Hubei Provincial People's Government, while the office of Wuhan's municipal People's Government sits on the opposite side of the Yangtze River.

Orientation: The total investment of the project is estimated at nearly 30 billion yuan. Upon completion, it will be built into a large-scale urban complex comprising high-end shopping malls, a 400-meter-high supertower, and Class A buildings.

Vision: A new landmark on the Yangtze River; a new calling card of Wuhan city; and a financial technology center in Central China.

The Ping An Fortune Center in Beijing

Overview: Dubbed as the Chinese version of "Canary Wharf," the project is composed of two super-high office buildings, a commercial building, and an office/conference building. It received the U.S. LEED-CS Gold Pre-Certification and was provided a 2-star rating for design and operation during internal evaluation of China's green building evaluation standard. It tops the industry in its product configurations, energy saving technologies, and other technical indicators.

Orientation: With a construction area of about 230,000 square meters, the Ping An Fortune Center is located in Lize Financial Business District in Fengtai district, Beijing. It is directly connected to the Dongguantou Station of Metro Line 14, adjacent to Beijing West Railway Station and South Railway Station. Access to Beijing Daxing International Airport from the center is quick and convenient.

Vision: The center is committed to building a cluster of emerging financial industries and a pilot zone for financial reform in Beijing.

The Nanjing Dajiaochang project

Overview: The project is the first large-scale Nanjing project located at the intersection of two subway lines. Comprising shopping malls, Class A shopping buildings, and boutique residences, it will be built into an urban complex with distinctive local cultural elements.

Orientation: With a construction area of about 960,000 square meters, the project is located at the intersection of Nanjing's Subway Line 5 and 10 in the core area of the Nanjing Southern New City.

Vision: Committed to becoming a signature complex project in southern Nanjing and the city at large, help form the headquarters economy of the Nanjing Southern New City, and build a regional industrial system that is supported by technology and finance, centers on business headquarters, and with distinctive local cultural identities.

The Guangzhou Baietan project

Overview: Located on a prime waterfront site, the project is in Baietan, Liwan district, the core area of Guangzhou's emerging third CBD. Upon completion, it will be built into a large-scale urban complex comprising super grade-A office buildings, commercial streets, and high-end boutique hotels.

Orientation: With a construction area of 449,000 square meters, the project is located at the confluence of three rivers and the intersection of four subway lines. It neighbors the Guangdong Museum of Art, Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Center, and Guangdong Literature Museum.

Vision: Committed to becoming a well-planned and high-quality urban complex in the heart of Guangzhou's Liwan district, with an influence that projects to the west bank of the Pearl River. Enable Baietan to become a regional commercial hub.
