A ceremony was held on Monday in the Tonghui Riverside Cultural & Creative Industry Park to unveil a truck-mounted generator in Beijing's Chaoyang district.

The generator was donated by the industry park to China IPTV, a registered entity operating within the park. Affiliated with China Central Television (CCTV), China IPTV is responsible for operating the country's only IPTV integrated broadcast management platform, serving 307 million households in 31 provinces and municipalities of China.

"Smooth broadcasting is our lifeline. Safe and steady power supply underpins our platform," said its chair Pan Hongmei, adding that the generator would ensure the company ensure orderly and uninterrupted operation.

In addition, the industry park also sent a team to exam all the power supply points of the complex within the park, so as to identify any potential hidden dangers regarding power supply and thus safeguard resumption of work and production at enterprises under its domain.

On top of the electricity service, the Tonghui Riverside Cultural & Creative Industry Park has also launched a service package for registered enterprises. This offers 40 service programs, including legal consulting, personnel recruitment, policy coordination, investment and financing, medical assistance and intellectual property protection.

Covering an area of 57 hectares as part of the International Business Service Area of the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the industry park is now home to more than 800 registered enterprises, mostly private companies apart from some dozen state-owned ones.

The diverse services within the package were directly offered by enterprises to one another through the platform, made possible due to the fact that the companies inside the park are involved in various fields such as financial investment, cultural creativity, Internet, sales and trade, health care and legal consulting.

"Their coordination effort enables us to integrate and share resources inside the park and enhance post-COVID-19 resumption of production by the enterprises," noted Zhou Jing, general manager of the Tonghui Riverside Cultural & Creative Industry Park.
