"Oasis Terraces," "Large Oasis Balcony," and "Terrace Garden" are some of the names that the Singaporeans have given to the new waterfront neighborhood center located in Punggol, northeastern part of Singapore. The project allows people to experience nature while enjoying all kinds of public amenities in the neighborhood.

The building complex is connected through green ramps and terraces. It is also a gardening project, bringing residents together to plant, protect, and maintain the green spaces, nourishing community bonds and benefiting 160,000 people who live in Punggol.

China Construction (South Pacific), the Singaporean subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Cooperation (CSCEC), is the contractor of this project. Overseas projects along the Belt and Road undertaken by CSCEC have been woven into the urban fabric of the countries along the route and have enhanced local people's livelihoods.
