The Qingdao China-SCO International Business Club integrates foundations of international trade and commerce exhibition, international commercial affairs services, and international business travel guarantee. It is expected to promote multilateral merging of capital, technology and talents in a deeper level and in a larger scale through its financial concentration zone, project introduction zone, startup incubation, technology transfer center of SCO demonstration zone and talent exchange center. It aims to synergize the power of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and create a new platform for international cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative through expanded opening-up.
