The 21st China Cultural Tourism Global Forum (CTGF) was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, from May 28 to 30.

The forum brought together industry representatives around the theme of "Where is the future?", including well-known real estate developers, hotel investors, and travel project developers to explore the future development of the cultural and tourism industry.

Guided by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) and in cooperation with the China Tourism Academy (Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism), the 2021 CTFG was sponsored by the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (CRECC) and co-hosted by the Hotel Investors Association of CRECC, CRECC Golf Club, China Commercial (Guangzhou) Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Sunac Cultural & Tourism Group, and Wanda Hotels and Resorts Co., Ltd.

As per the epidemic control requirements, the 2021 CTFG was held both offline and online, attracting over 3 million people from related industries to take part.

Xian Feng, executive chairman of the CTGF organizing committee and founder and CEO of China Commercial Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., said that the CTGF has existed for over 20 years and is one of the top annual events in the cultural and tourism industry. The CTGF will continue to promote the development of the cultural and tourism industry which contributes 10% of the global GDP.
