The Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone saw the SF Express Northern China Smart Logistics Headquarters project completed recently, the first one of its kind in the zone. 

Administrative procedures regarding fire safety and project acceptance were completed in one day over the internet. Similar procedures took at least 10 workdays prior to efforts to optimize the zone's administrative process. 

For major projects to be put into operation as soon as possible, staff of the zone will contact the enterprises in advance and explain the procedures of acceptance and registration through a meeting, according to a staff member of the zone's management committee. Preparation work including checking relevant files and information will also be handled by the management committee. 

In June 2021 before the start of the SF smart logistics project, the management committee arranged a manager for the project and streamlined approval procedures, which helped the project to begin construction shortly after receiving approval for land use.
