Beijing Customs recently rolled out 26 measures to further promote high-level opening up.

The measures cover four aspects including platforms, trade channels, business environment, and industries.

According to the measures, strong support will be given to the development of comprehensive bonded zones as well as pilot projects in Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

The measures will also support the development of R&D and innovations in the Zhongguancun Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and support the establishment of new comprehensive bonded zones in Beijing.

A package of measures to facilitate tax collection, supervision, and approval and customs clearance will also be offered to company headquarters.

In addition, the measures will clear more obstacles in logistics of foreign trade activities, and the business environment at port areas will be optimized.
