China's imports of consumer goods more than double in past decade

China's imports of consumer goods reached 1.93 trillion yuan (US280.51 billion) in 2022, accounting for 11% of all imports and more than doubling the amount in 2012, said the country's vice minister of commerce at a press conference Monday.
