The two sides will strengthen cooperation in the industrialization of composite materials, the research and development and manufacturing of hydrogen storage equipment, the utilization of idle workshops of the Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd, the construction of national key laboratories, and the construction of pro-innovation and pro-business incubators and platforms, so as to promote integrated development of new energy industries in the district through win-win cooperation.

The Sinoma Science & Technology, affiliated to China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd, is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, product manufacturing and sales, and technology and equipment in the field of special fiber composites in China. The company's products and services are closely related to new energy, aerospace, energy conservation and emissions reduction applications.

One of its member enterprises, the Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd set up its branch in the Zhongguancun Yanqing Science Park in 2007, and has made its due contributions to the upgrading of industries and the development of economy in Yanqing ever since.

The new cooperation agreement marks the opening of a new chapter for the cooperation between Yanqing and the Sinoma Science & Technology. And the two sides are committed to building the district as an example for high-quality development in new energy, new material and new technology sectors.

After hosting some key events of the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics last year, Yanqing has seen fast industrial development. More than 10,000 enterprises were founded in the district last year alone. Meanwhile, the district has set up more than 30 platforms and incubators to foster the development of startups and promote innovations. Thanks to that, nearly 500 high-tech technologies have been attracted to and founded in Yanqing.
