The report reviewed the high-quality development of the industrial park in the past year in terms of environment, economy, society and cross-cultural integration. It demonstrates the role of the industrial park as a bridge linking China and Africa.
China National Building Materials Zambia Industrial Park is a comprehensive building-material industrial park that was invested, designed, constructed and run all independently by China. It has promoted the environmental-friendly contruction of the Belt and Road.
By the end of 2023, the industrial park has created a total of 3,000 direct and indirect job opportunities for the locals.
In June 2023, China National Building Materials Zambia Industrial Park invited 24 batches of medical teams from China to Zambia to conduct free medical service for its Chinese and Zambian employees.
