China's non-financial ODI up 12.5% in Q1

China's non-financial outbound direct investment (ODI) totaled 242.92 billion yuan (US$34.2 billion) in the first quarter of 2024, up 12.5% year on year, largely driven by rapid investment growths in ASEAN and the EU, said Guo Tingting, vice minister of commerce, at a press conference Friday.
