The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on Thursday called for more efforts to find and train talented individuals from outside of the Party in order to achieve long-term solidarity and stability.

Cultivating talent from outside of the Party is crucial for consolidating and expanding the Party's base, according to a circular issued by the CPC Central Committee.

The circular included detailed suggestions for finding and selecting non-communist talent based on comprehensive assessments, as well as a call for perfecting the mechanism for choosing and appointing talented individuals.

The circular called on parties at all levels to support non-communist groups in the cultivation of new talent, as well as maintain sound cooperation between communists and non-communists.
