9 injured in a knife attack in S. China

Nine people have been injured following a knife attack in Southeast China's Fujian Province.

One of them is in critical condition.

The incident happened when a man suddenly began stabbing passers-by on a street in the city of Jinjiang last night.

The attacker has been arrested. The authorities say it appears the man is suffering from mental health issues.

The case is still under investigation.
