There is no information available on whether there will be a military parade this year, China's Defense Ministry said at a monthly press briefing.

There were reports that China will hold a military parade to mark the 70th anniversary of the victory of the anti-fascist war this year.

"I have no more information on this topic for release," spokesperson Yang Yujun said.
