On April 27th, the Hengqin International Intellectual Property Trade Center and Beijing-based Intellectual Property Publisher House Co.,Ltd issued a research report on China's patents operation performance.

Starting in 2014, the Intellectual Property Publisher House Co.,Ltd issues a yearly report in which China' patents operation performance and operation models in the previous year are analyzed to give a comprehensive picture of the industry's yearly development and provide governments and enterprises with supporting data and information.

This year's report generalizes the operation performance in 2015 and gives classified statistics on patent transfer, patent licensing, patent pledge and other functions. Based on the analysis of typical cases of different development models, the report also offers references for government decision-making, enterprises' innovation and institutions' operation.

The director of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Office believes that it is groundbreaking for the Hengqin International Intellectual Property Trade Center to issue a joint report and sign strategic and cooperative agreements with the Intellectual Property Publisher House Co.,Ltd. By introducing a pioneering platform to Hengqin, the city can build an environment that will attract innovative talents, resources and elements.
