Eight labor dispatch service companies in Beijing on Monday jointly proposed the establishment of a service alliance, responding to the city's call for supporting the work resumption of key enterprises.
The service alliance would implement 11 preferential policies to support Beijing's key enterprises during the critical period of preventing and controlling the novel coronavirus outbreak. They include priority staff-referral, charging 50% staffing fee, waiving the management fee for one month, etc.
The alliance are also providing seven types of services free of charge. These included job advertisements, legal consultancy service, psychological counselling service, smart human resources management system, a digital version of personnel policies summary, and online training courses.
The key enterprises eligible for the preferential policies refer to companies that are engaged in fields of medical supplies, daily necessities, communications, and so on.
According to the service alliance, the 11 preferential measures could on average save companies that receive 100 dispatches 20,000 yuan (US$2,859) in recruitment fees, 15,000 yuan in labor dispatch management fees, and 150,000 yuan in additional service fees.
