The Qingshuihe high-speed railway comprehensive transport hub is taking shape as the anticipated new growth engine in the central-eastern part of Shenzhen.
It is one of the key transport hubs of the entire Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, consisting of high-speed and intercity railway and subway lines.
In the future, the Shenzhen-Shanwei High-Speed Railway, the Shenzhen-Shanwei intercity rail and the N0.14, No.17 and No.25 lines of subway will converge at the Qingshuihe hub.
The objective of building it is to improve utilization of rail transport in Shenzhen, and further optimize people's transport means.
Shenzhen is integrated into the national high-speed railway network by the Shenzhen-Shanwei High-Speed Railway, and it takes about five to six hours to go from the eastern side of Shenzhen to major cities across southern China.
The Shenzhen-Shanwei intercity rail will also make it more convenient for people to commute between Shenzhen and the Shenzhen-Shanwei comprehensive cooperation zone on a daily basis.
Being well adapted into the local natural environment, the construction of the Qingshuihe transport hub itself is an environmentally friendly landmark building featuring characteristic designs, multiple functions, high efficiency and advanced technologies.
The Qingshuihe transport hub will greatly improve the competitiveness and significance of the eastern part of the city, and it is expected to inject tremendous vitality to future urban development.
