Luohu hosts exhibition for artists with disabilities

To celebrate International Day of Persons With Disabilities on Dec. 3, which coincides with Shenzhen's barrier-free city publicity day, Luohu held an exhibition featuring calligraphy works, paintings and photos by artists with disabilities on Nov. 29. The exhibition will last until Dec. 3.

A representative from theLuohu Disabled Persons' Federation said that the recently concluded 8th Luohu District Congress of the Communist Party of China unveiled plans for building the district into an all-embracing hub of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and charted a path to transform the district into a leader in sustainable development while advancing the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

The representative said that residents with disabilities and the relevant staff members in Luohu will work together to make their contributions to the district's future development.
