Members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) from the economic and agricultural industries enjoy a buffet in the hotel which they are staying in during China's annual two political sessions on March 2. Simple meals are being provided this year in response to the Chinese government's efforts to promote frugality.
