It's the seventh year that journalist Sun Mengmeng from the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Paper continues to report the annual meeting of the country's top political advisory body.

What's different this year is that she is reporting while pregnant. It was her appeal to her superior that she continues to report the meeting this year.

She stood out among the many journalists and even managed to interview more members.

"Everyone feels sorry to turn me down after noting that I am pregnant but still on the frontline of reporting. It has become a kind of advantage," she said.

The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Paper has also opened a special two sessions column after her name.
