BEIJING, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- The Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the country's top political advisory body, will meet in November, following the opening of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The 11th CPPCC National Committee's Standing Committee will hold its 19th conference with a proposed agenda to "study and implement the spirit of the CPC's 18th National Congress," Xinhua learned from authorities Friday.

The decision was made at the chairman and vice-chairmen meeting of the CPPCC National Committee recently presided over by Jia Qinglin, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee. A draft agenda for the November conference was passed at meeting.

In a meeting on Friday, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee proposed convening the 18th National Congress on Nov. 8 in Beijing. Enditem
