Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao returned to Beijing Friday after attending the 11th prime ministers' meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Kyrgyzstan and the 17th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian prime ministers in Russia and paying official visits to the two countries.
