China's top legislature on Friday appointed some senior officials and judges, prosecutors of Supreme People's Court (SPC) and Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).

The National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee appointed Zhang Haiyang deputy head of NPC's Law Committee.

Liu Chengjun and Li Changcai were appointed deputy heads of NPC's Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee. Liu Xiaojiang were appointed deputy head of Foreign Affairs Committee of NPC.

Liu Bin was dismissed as member of the Election Committee of the PLA, and Fang Xiang, Feng Jianhua and Luo Yuan were appointed new members of this committee.p The NPC Standing Committee also replace some prosecutors of the SPP, appointed a deputy chief judge of the second civil court of SPC, and dismissed a SPC judge.
