China's top anti-graft agency has set up disciplinary inspection groups in the headquarters of the nation's legislature and top advisory body for the first time.

Leaders of the groups have taken office at the headquarters of the National People's Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, according to a statement issued by the Communist Party of China's (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on Tuesday.

Counterpart groups were also established in the General Office of the State Council and four departments under the CPC Central Committee, including the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC. Endi
