A man has been arrested in Beijing on suspicion of robbing a Cartier jewelry store in the city earlier this month, a local procuratorate said on Tuesday.

The second branch of the Beijing People's Procuratorate approved the arrest of Moikit Leng, a Malaysian, after he allegedly fled with 11 watches from the store on Beijing's main shopping street, Wangfujing, on the night of March 16.

According to a report by The Beijing News, the stolen watches are valued at about three million yuan (488,600 U.S. dollars). Endi
