Two-time Asian champions Guangzhou Evergrande from China showed their form with a 3-1 win on Tuesday in a warm-up for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.

Ricardo Goulart, AFC Foreign Player of the Year, contributed a goal and an assist for Evergrande. The Brazilian midfielder scored in the 15th minute and assisted Zheng Long to widen the lead before the break.

Evergrande's another Brazilian striker Elkson made the second goal on a free kick in the 26th minute. 

Evergrande's opponent was the Guangdong team which got a consolation goal in the second half.

Evergrande will play against Club de Futbol America in their first match at FIFA Club World Cup on Dec. 13. If win, they will take on European champions Barcelona in the semifinal.
