RAMALLAH -- The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned on Wednesday of halting its basic services, including education, by early September.

DAMASCUS -- The chemical weapon inspectors visited Syrian capital Damascus' eastern district of Douma on Wednesday, marking their second visit to the site since arriving in Syria on April 14.

TEHRAN -- The Iranian president on Wednesday ruled out any change to the 2015 nuclear deal which ended international disputes over the country's nuclear program.

DAMASCUS -- The Syrian army and law-enforcement forces entered the eastern part of the Qalamoun region north of Damascus on Wednesday, following the full evacuation of the rebels, state news agency SANA reported.
