CAIRO -- The Egyptian police arrested 13 members of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood group over attempts to revive the group's activities and incite anti-state chaos and instability, the Interior Ministry said in a statement Tuesday.

"The group's leaders abroad assigned their affiliates inside the country to revive the group's activities to carry out a plot based on spreading rumors to incite the citizens and urge them to protest, cause a state of chaos and undermine internal stability," the ministry said in the statement. ISTANBUL -- A Turkish court on Tuesday released two Greek soldiers from prison who were arrested in Turkey's northwestern province of Edirne in March over a border crossing incident, local media reported.

The Hurriyet daily said the soldiers, who have been accused of "attempting military espionage" and "entering into a military forbidden zone," were released from the jail in Edirne, pending trial. (Turkey-Greek-Release)

JERUSALEM -- A soap factory dating back to the 19th century has been unearthed, along with large underground chambers, in the old city of Jaffa, said a report published Tuesday by Israeli Antiquities Authority (IAA).
