LONDON, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- Football's world governing body FIFA gave out its Best Football Awards in London's Royal Festival Hall on Monday when Luka Modric and Didier Deschamps won the honors for The Best FIFA Men's Player and Men's Coach respectively.
