KUWAIT CITY, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Kuwaiti Minister of Education Hamed Al-Aazmi said Wednesday his participation in the Education World Forum in London was "very important for educational technologies and training."

In statements to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the minister said that it was very important to benefit from the expertise and experiments provided by countries and organizations concerned in the education domain and up-to-date technologies in the upgrade of the educational systems.

The Education World Forum, held from Jan. 20 to 23, provides insight and inspiration with pioneers, policy makers and experts attending.

Many sessions are given by education ministers themselves as part of an assessment of education's common issues and challenges.

The Kuwaiti minister said getting a firsthand survey of the educational process in the world countries and exchanging expertise in the domain push forward the interest of the education ministry in Kuwait in addition to boosting cooperation ties with the leading countries worldwide.

Ninety-five countries and 1,263 delegations from world organizations took part in the event. Enditem
